Our Quality Sandards

Quality is the cornerstone of our business.

As our motto indicates, our philosophy is based on “Setting the Industry Standard” – not just once or currently, but into the future as well.

We pride ourselves in providing the best quality and service available within our industry. We have backed this commitment for many years by achieving external accreditation of our Quality Management System more than ten years ago and continue to reinforce this by maintaining current accreditation to ISO 9001:2008. Our commitment to quality will continue into the future as new international and industry standards are developed.

At PrixCar, we provide special attention to each of our clients as if they
were the only one we had, entering into a business partnership with them.
Nothing is left to chance, with complete attention to detail at all times throughout all processes.
These include:

  1. Quality Inspections - at every stage of the process from unloading at the wharf to Dealer delivery.

  2. Secure Storage - at all times, on hard surface, and under mesh structures or hard cover when requested, for hail, UV and soiling protection. A Dealer stock storage and pre- delivery upon request service, is also provided.

  3. Preparation for Build - to ensure every vehicle is free from defects and in pristine condition before entering the Build process.

  4. Build – to ensure every vehicle complies with all Australian Design Rules, and is prepared according to the Manufacturers’ and Dealers’ requirements.

  5. Detailing and PDI – If requested by the Dealer, we can provide a complete Pre-Delivery Inspection and Detailing service, to ensure the vehicle is in full readiness for sale the minute it arrives at the dealership.

  6. Delivery – We ensure that every vehicle that leaves our premises is in mint condition (as it would have been off the assembly line), and arrives at the specified Dealership – On-time, Every-time – in readiness for immediate sale and delivery to the purchaser.

Beyond this, we are always striving to continually improve every aspect of our business operations and service standards for our clients’ benefit –
not only to meet our clients’ needs and expectations – but to exceed them!
